These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery and use of Kristall Klear Premium Water through the FactoryLink™ platform. The Kristall Klear brand is owned and marketed by Firstbev Limited, the product is manufactured by StrongPack Limited, and the ordering platform is operated by FactoryLink™ ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Service

FactoryLink™ is an online ordering platform that enables customers to purchase Kristall Klear Premium Water directly from the manufacturer and authorised distribution network.

2. Order Eligibility

Minimum order quantity is 50 packs.
Orders are subject to stock availability.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or approved payment verification.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
FactoryLink™ reserves the right to decline fraudulent or incomplete orders.

3. Ordering Process

Select quantity (minimum 50 packs).
Enter delivery information.
Review pricing, delivery fee and total.
Make payment via the available payment options.
Receive an order confirmation with your unique order number.
Delivery is scheduled and dispatched to your address.

4. Pricing & Policy Changes

FactoryLink™ reserves the right to update pricing, product availability and policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website. Orders already confirmed are honoured at the price shown at the time of confirmation.

5. Deliveries

6. Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Fraud & Misuse

Orders identified as fraudulent, abusive, or placed with incorrect information may be cancelled without refund of any recovery costs incurred. Promotional codes and bonus offers are non-transferable unless expressly authorised in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable consumer protection regulations.
