These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for, and use of, the Kristall Klear Direct Annual Membership. The Kristall Klear brand is owned and marketed by Firstbev Limited, the product is manufactured by StrongPack Limited, and the membership platform is operated by FactoryLink™ ("we", "us"). By submitting a registration or activating a membership you agree to the terms below.
1. The Service
FactoryLink™ provides annual membership subscriptions for the scheduled delivery of Kristall Klear Premium Water direct to members.
2. Membership Activation
- Membership benefits are available only to registered members whose subscriptions have been activated.
- Membership is subject to verification, payment confirmation, and service availability.
- Members agree to provide accurate information during registration.
3. Pricing, Benefits & Policy Changes
Kristall Klear reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, and policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or directly to members.
4. Deliveries
Delivery schedules are subject to operational and logistics considerations. Full delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy.
5. Fraud & Misuse
Fraudulent registrations may be suspended or terminated. Membership benefits are non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Kristall Klear.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any applicable consumer protection regulations.
