This Order Policy explains how customers place, pay for and receive Kristall Klear Premium Water orders through the FactoryLink™ platform.

1. Order Eligibility

Minimum order quantity is 50 packs.
Orders are subject to stock availability.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or approved payment verification.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
FactoryLink™ reserves the right to decline fraudulent or incomplete orders.

2. Ordering Process

Select quantity (minimum 50 packs).
Enter your delivery information.
Review pricing, delivery fee and total.
Make payment via the available payment options.
Receive an order confirmation with your unique order number.
Delivery is scheduled and dispatched to your address.

3. Payment & Confirmation

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Card and Paystack payments are confirmed automatically. Bank transfers are marked as Awaiting Payment Confirmation until verified.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is confirmed.

4. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to quantity or address may not be possible. Contact the Support Centre as early as possible if you need to update an order.

5. Fraud Prevention

FactoryLink™ may verify the identity of the person placing an order and may cancel any order that appears fraudulent, duplicated or placed with incorrect information.
