Delivery is available only within our designated service areas.
Lagos and Abuja are currently our active coverage regions.
Other locations may be served subject to logistics confirmation.

2. Delivery Fees

Free delivery applies only where advertised on the order page.
Where a delivery fee applies, the exact amount is shown before payment and included in your order total.

3. Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary by location, order volume and logistics conditions. Estimated windows are provided at checkout and confirmed with your order confirmation.

4. Scheduling & Receiving

Delivery schedules are communicated in advance.
Customers must ensure that someone at the delivery address is available to receive the order.
Valid ID may be requested at hand-over for security.

5. Failed Delivery

If we cannot complete a delivery because no one is available or the address is inaccessible, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional attempts may incur a re-delivery fee.

6. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, traffic, security conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
