Frequently asked questions
What is FactoryLink™?
FactoryLink™ is the official factory-to-consumer commerce platform connecting manufacturers directly to consumers. It is owned and operated by Firstbev Limited, and Kristall Klear Premium Water is our flagship product.
Where do you deliver?
Abuja (FCT) and Lagos only. Both cities get SAME DAY DELIVERY UPON ORDER where your address and order time qualify. Terms and conditions apply.
Is the price different in Lagos and Abuja?
No. The pack price is the same in both cities — ₦3,900 per pack of Kristall Klear Premium Water (12 × 60cl). Delivery is included on orders of 50 packs or more in both Abuja and Lagos.
What is the minimum order?
50 packs. That is the household plan quantity that unlocks our factory-direct pricing and included delivery.
How do I order?
Order on the website or on WhatsApp. Either way we create a real order reference so our team can confirm delivery and payment on your regional WhatsApp line.
How does the referral programme work?
Every registered customer gets a unique Referral ID. When someone you introduce places a confirmed order, ₦300 / ₦200 / ₦100 is credited up three referral levels. Payouts go to your verified Nigerian bank account once you reach the ₦2,000 minimum.
Is the water tested?
Yes. Kristall Klear is factory-sealed and laboratory-tested at the Firstbev plant, then shipped factory-direct to your door — no middlemen, no repackaging.
